When you are working with angles in geometry, the main shapes we dealt with is triangles, squares, and circles. If you have a circle, all the angles add up to 360 degrees, triangles are 180 degrees, and squares are 360 degrees.

Sample Problem

You are working on a power-line and you have already fount out that one of the angles is 35 degrees and another angle is 77 degrees. You need to find out the last angle of the triangle to finish your job. What is the missing angle?

If one angle in a triangle is 35 degrees and the other is 77 degrees, if you add them together you will get 112 degrees. Then you would subtract 112 from 180 to get the last remaining angle in the triangle which is 68 degrees.
