French Tutorial
Les jours de la semaines (Ley jur-doeh-la soemen) - Week days
Intro
First, we must notice that in French the week starts on Monday. So writing the calendar requires to put Monday first and Sunday as last day.
Sample Problem
Solution
Lundi (Lender)!, Mardi (Mahrdee)!, Mercredi (Mercr’dee or Mercroedee)!, Jeudi (Joedee)!, Vendredi (Vandr’dee or Vandredee)! Samedi (Samoedee or Sam’dee)!, Dimanche (Deemonch)!
Notice also, regions in France have dialects within the same French language. Accents therefore are different according to regions and according to French speaking countries outside of France.
