## Trigonometry Tutorial

*Radians into Degrees*

#### Intro

Most Algebra 2 Common Core Regents will have questions from the original Algebra 2 Regents exams, so it is beneficial to review them as well. One of the topics has to deal with radian measures.

#### Sample Problem

What is the number of degrees in an angle whose radian measure

is 11π/12?

(A) 150

(B) 165

(C) 330

(D) 518

#### Solution

Remember 2π equals 360 degrees, and π equals 180 degrees.

Substitute π for 180.

11(180)/12= 1980/12= 165
