My name is Abi, I am 17 years old and I live in Corbin, Kentucky. I graduated from Lynn Camp High School last spring as the valedictorian of the Class of 2017. I was accepted to Yale University with a full scholarship, but I decided to take a gap year before leaving for college. For the next year I am living at home and helping support my family.

I have experience teaching and tutoring many age groups. During high school I volunteered for several hours every week to tutor my peers in Math and English classes. At home I help take care of and homeschool my eight younger siblings. I am a patient tutor, and I enjoy getting to know students one-on-one so I can work with their unique needs. I am glad to help both struggling and advanced students. I can tutor most high school subjects: English and writing are my greatest academic strengths, but I am very experienced as a math tutor as well. My ACT and SAT scores are in the top 1% in the country, so I can also give test prep coaching and tips.
