Need writing tutoring? UC Berkeley's Comparative Literature program churns out people like me to help!
Currently I am an editor at Berkeley's Comparative Literature Undergraduate Journal, so I have experience editing academic writing and being the arbiter of what makes the cut and what doesn't. While in high school I tutored peers on how to write the best college essay they could, while on my own time I wrote research essays that won awards at M.I.T.
I was not always good at writing. When I was a child I learned to read late and only became proficient from the help of a tutor names Trip, a student at the local university. I remember his patience and humor and try to apply both in my practice.
Lastly, for a human touch — here are some interests of mine.
