Young And Patient STEM, English, SAT, And GRE Tutor
Just graduated from school, so if you're looking for a young tutor who has not yet lost the student perspective, look no further!
Tutoring sessions don't have to be boring! In fact, many students told me they have fun during our tutoring sessions and actually look forward to them, almost like a social hangout that includes a lot of transfer of knowledge and learning.
Oftentimes, we wish we could ask our teachers a million questions without fear of being judged and to receive instant feedback. Having a conversation about the material being learned, even for just 10-20 minutes invariably solidifies learning, but it is difficult to find someone both capable and wiling to do this. The way material is taught in schools sometimes is ineffective/insufficient, so through my tutoring sessions, I hope to convey the material in a clear and concise manner to the students.
At UCLA and Purdue, I mentored several undergraduate students my age and older and helped them transition into the field of academic research. My mentees and I have won research awards for our work, as well as published an academic journal paper.
I encourage all interested readers to reach out to me for more questions or just to find out more about me to ensure a proper fit between teacher and student! Feel free to ask for writing samples or any other deliverables.
Thanks for looking!
