New Haven, CT
Hi there! I'm Liz, a Bowdoin College graduate who majored in Anthropology with a minor in Biology. I focused my college studies primarily on Medical Anthropology, taking enough biology classes along the way to finish a bio minor! Most of my college courses were small, seminar based classes where I honed critical reading and writing skills. Taking biology classes allowed me to spend time in the lab conducting various semester long research projects from raising zebra fish to researching mite genetics to studying the ecology along the coast of Maine. I'm in the midst of completing my masters at the Yale School of Nursing, where I am studying to be a pediatric nurse practitioner. I love being outside as much as I can, running the trails throughout the New Haven area and meeting as many new dog (and people!) friends as I can.
