Small Business owner turned Teaching Assistant. Woman in her mid 40's who owned and operated two small service companies for almost 20 years. I have always been around special needs children and adults and a few years ago I closed the businesses and I now work in education. The feeling I have when watching a young adult accomplish some thing is a reward within itself. I strongly believe allowing a child to be independent to figure things out on their own whenever possible.
