Physics Expert And CRLA III Master Tutor
I come from a family of teachers and have always had a passion for teaching. I began tutoring physics towards the end of my first semester at Northeastern University (2015). I went on to tutor physics, teach physics labs, and teach workshops up until May of 2016 giving me almost 6 years of tutor/teacher experience.
My most notable accomplishments include recognition for becoming the first physics major at NU to achieve Level III CRLA Master Tutor status. I was also hired, after graduating from the University, part time by the physics department to teach workshops (five nights a week) due to my previous success in tutoring undergraduates in all areas of physics. I have been a tutor with wyzant, tutoring primarily high school students. I live for students to have that 'lightbulb' moment when tackling physics and math problems. I believe that with a basic approach, students can learn the dynamics of a few formulas to tackle a broad range of problems.
