International Business Management
Saif Al-Khrisat, born on April 27th, 1986, and raised in Amman, Jordan. Possesses a Master's degree in International Management (2012) from the Bristol Business School at University of the West of England, United Kingdom and Bachelor of Science (2008) with a focus in Management Information System from Mutah University, Jordan. A strong communicator, professional businessperson and internationally focused, fervent entrepreneur with strong business connections gained while managing in workplaces in the Middle East, United States and the United Kingdom.
Affiliated with the US–Middle East Partnership Initiative network, one of the US Department of State’s public diplomacy leadership initiatives. Represented Jordan for the 2006 student leaders program, which took place from Washington, D.C. and throughout the United States. Then chosen to join the team as a steering committee member and media officer in establishing the first alumni network in Jordan, between the years of 2007-2010. Passionate about change and capacity building, skillful with leadership proficiencies, attended the Montana State University’s advanced leadership training. Leadership has exclusively included academic pursuits. In late 2011, devoted a research study about leadership in the Middle East analyzing the uprising change after the year 2010.
Since 2006, has become associated with a number of local and international organizations concerning youth, politics and social development. In December 2007, presented a social project regarding media at the exchange program of democracy and association movements held in the European Institute of the Mediterranean in Barcelona, Spain. That same year, participated in the International Entrepreneurs Forum organized by Junior Achievement organization, which was held in Cordoba, Argentina. Accomplished several trainings in Journalism and Media, served a volunteer position as a spoke person and a media officer with the Arab Women Media Center and Leaders of Tomorrow Foundation both non-profit organizations located in Amman-Jordan during the years of 2006 to 2010.
In June 2008, started career debut as a data analyst for the department of corporate and investment banking in headquarter of the Arab Bank in Amman, Jordan. During the tenure of employment there, also became a credit support officer for the small and medium enterprises department by managing clients’ business portfolios and ensuring financial development and support. By November of that same year, started an internship opportunity in Ayton Global Research a market research company located in London managing the company expansion and entering the marketplace in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Moved to the United States in May 2012 and enrolled in commerce activities. As a responsible businessperson, started a family business in auto-motives, branded as Naper Motors. Plus working on launching a business consulting network, an entrepreneurship that include services such as market studies, strategic planning, operation, data analysis, franchise management and most significantly bridging businesses between Jordan and the United States.
