For 16 years, I taught middle school English. During those years, I also tutored middle and high school math, science, social studies (history), and SAT, ASVAB, and GED prep.
Due to health issues, I had to leave the classroom; however, I've never lost my love of teaching. Tutoring provides me with the fulfillment of helping students succeed and enjoy learning.
Everyone can learn, and individuals I tutor WILL learn and improve their academic performance! Anyone I tutor will be a priority, and I will do whatever I need to as a tutor to ensure success (provide additional practice, identify learning styles, teach study skills, etc.).
My schedule is flexible, my attitude is positive, my character is patient and encouraging, and I take my job seriously because I am affecting someone's future.
My heart's desire is to assist any student with learning. Therefore, I am willing to set tutoring rates dependent on individual needs.
