Science And Math Instuctor
Hi, my name is Michelle and I graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a degree in Biology in 2016. While I attended school, I worked as a tutor and a supplemental instructor and I tutored classes including General Biology, General Chemistry, Psychology, Statistics, Genetics, Cell Biology and many others. Prior to tutoring in college, I have also had experience tutoring grade school and high school students. I have tutored students in reading, basic math, algebra, and spelling.
After graduating from Loyola, I have been working as a environmental educator at a nature center. There, I teach inner city students with diverse backgrounds ranging from refugees, english language learners and those with different cultures. While teaching classes such as pond ecology, archery, canoeing and survival skills, I have been effective in communicating and teaching a diverse set of students.
