I have studied abroad in China and Taiwan for a year teaching english to Chinese students. In China I was a private home tutor for 3 middle school girls. In Taiwan, I was a public after school English supplement teacher. In addition, at my home University, Hobart and William Smith Colleges, I taught student Mandarin Chinese. I am patient, and do not quit until my students fully understand and use grammatical structures or tones.
