My background consists of tutoring my child through specialized learning plans and as a formal educator for a healthcare organization I teach nurses, doctors, technologists, and schedulers how to perform their jobs through education, examples, and repetitive learning challenges as well as unique ways of different 'learner' patterns. I have worked at this organization for nearly 18 years and nearly 5 as an educator consistently working on education tactics.
