My focus is reading, english, and science with biology, and chemistry with emphasis on test-specific strategies and ACT preparation. My former students demonstrated higher test grades in reading and science as a result of having the benefit of tutoring sessions. In addition, I review class material with students by discussing text, working solutions to problems, reviewing worksheets, and other assignments along with providing feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques that encouraged, motivated, and built confidence in student.
